2014A local beginning
We began in Israel, connecting Russian-speaking new immigrants with local construction companies. Finding work and navigating the paperwork went hand in hand, with people at the centre of both.
People behind progress.
Different people. One shared purpose.
Our story
Our story began with a simple connection: people looking for work and businesses that needed them. From local beginnings in Israel, we have grown across borders, staying close to the people behind every team.
2019Building through change
A contract with China Railway Tunnel Group took us into railway construction in Israel. The essential project continued through the pandemic, as our construction workforce grew beyond 200 people.
2022Growing beyond borders
Our Odesa office opened in 2021 to support relocation and employment in Israel. When war forced its closure in 2022, new offices in Moldova and Poland carried that responsibility forward.
2024New sectors. Shared ambition.
Industrial recruitment began in 2023. Agreements with Volkswagen in Slovakia, Fern in Lithuania and an Intel division in Poland followed in 2024, alongside membership of Israel’s industrial association.
2026One connected Alliance
After passing 1,000 annual placements in 2025, we now connect our offices in Israel, the Netherlands, Poland and Moldova with a wider European recruitment network. More than 15,000 people have found work through Alliance.
Connect.
What began with local construction teams in Israel now connects people and employers across Europe. As we grow, finding the right fit remains at the heart of our work.
Relocate.
Growing beyond borders taught us that a new job can mean a new beginning. Our local teams help people navigate the move, from the first documents to their arrival.
Support.
Through every chapter, our responsibility has gone beyond recruitment. We stay close as people settle in, supporting daily life and the teams who count on us.
Our values
Care in everything we do.
Our story has grown across borders, but it is still built on everyday relationships. How we listen, work together and support others matters to us. From helping someone take their next step to giving our time beyond the workplace, our values live in the way we show up.
People first.
Behind every new job is a person with a story. We believe in listening, respecting different backgrounds and building relationships that go beyond a placement.
Shared responsibility.
Different roles, one shared commitment. We work together, communicate openly and stay available when questions arise. Trust is built in these everyday details, within our team and with the people who rely on us.
Giving back.
Our team has volunteered at an animal shelter. It is one way we have put care into action beyond the workplace. For us, community means showing up, giving our time and remembering that small acts of kindness matter.
Our team.
Different people. One shared commitment.
